No Financials - No Worries

Home Loan Club understands that not all self employed people have sufficient financials to support a loan on paper, but in real life we know that this does not mean that you can not afford a house.

You deserve to get finance. Do not give up until you have tried several providers. A mortgage broker is likely to be more helpful than a bank.

The process is likely to be more difficult, but not impossible if:

• want to borrow up to 90% of property value
• can provide deposit of 10-25% or securable assets to cover difference
• cannot substantiate sufficient serviceability of a loan
• may not have completed your most recent Tax Returns
• have just started in business and need initial loan funding
• have an impaired credit history
• have other special reasons
